Our story began on a crisp February evening in 2019, sparked by a chance setup by a mutual friend. Imagine a blind date, filled with both nerves and excitement, as we embarked on an experience new to us both. Christine nearly canceled, tired from a long week and unsure about meeting someone who wasn’t fond of texting. But her kindness won, especially knowing I had endured a three-hour, traffic-filled drive to see her. Our first meeting took place at Lazy Dog, where a pitcher of Christine’s favorite sangria laid the groundwork for a memorable night.
During dinner, our conversation flowed naturally. Christine was drawn to my intellect, and I was captivated by her authentic and lively nature.
In the nearly five years since, our lives have beautifully intertwined. We’ve spent almost three of those years building a home together, filled with joy and love. Our adventures have taken us through Idaho, Hawaii, Lake Tahoe, Las Vegas, and various locations across California. Our shared interests in camping, fishing, the outdoors, and adventures, coupled with a passion for Battlebots, have enriched our experiences and deepened our connection.
Now, as we stand on the threshold of a new chapter, our hearts full of love and laughter, we’re excited to step into this next phase side by side.
